Ohbot in Space

To celebrate the launch of Ohbot 2.1, the world's first easy-to-program robot head, we launched one 28km up into nearspace.

Walking Ohbot

Walking Ohbot

Walking Ohbot, shown at the Barbican in 2019, is a robot that walks toward voices, leaving a trail. It uses an Ohbot, Yeti leg mechanism, and sensors, all controlled by a Raspberry Pi running Python.

Ohbot - Blue - Local Mixtral

Alex Levant from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada hooked up Blue the Ohbot to a Mixtral 8x7B large language model that runs locally on his computer. Mixtral 8x7B is open source and Alex has trained it to know about himself rather than it being a general purpose AI.
